A meditation upon the price of freedom in the face of idolising love we follow a woman's treacherous journey towards an attempt at becoming an autonomous individual freed from the shackles of disillusionment.

PITY: Part 4 is the fourth part of Iraqi Bodies' pentalogy PITY in which Shakespeare’s play Othello is re-devised in a contemporary setting.

In the fourth chapter we meet the love-sick Desdemona. The previous parts have premiered and performed since 2018 at venues such as Atalante, Göteborgs Stadsteater, GBG Mime Fest and toured festivals in the Middle East.
